Air Transportation
If you are a NetApp employee traveling from the United States or Canada, your airline reservations will be made by CWT based on the information provided on your online registration form. (Do NOT call CWT directly to make your arrangements.) If you are traveling outside the US or Canada, please make your travel arrangements through your local NetApp designated travel agency. You will register for your hotel reservations through the Insight 2009 Registration site.

Arrival Day
Insight is scheduled to start at 2:30pm on Monday, November 2. We would therefore recommend arriving into Phoenix prior to 12:00pm on Monday, November 2.

Departure Day
Thursday, November 5: Meetings will conclude at 12:00pm.

We recommend you plan on arriving and departing from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Ground Transportation
A shuttle service will be provided from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) to the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown on program arrival and departure dates. Further information about the shuttle schedule will be provided in your final confirmation email.

Breakout Sessions
Based on continuing input from our Insight participants, we are constantly monitoring which topics matter the most. This year we've broken these topics into the following tracks which include; Competition, Database & Business Applications, Data Protection, Messaging & Collaboration, Storage Infrastructure & Optimization, Technical Applications & File Services, Tools, and Virtualization & Cloud. The majority of the content will be provided by Product Engineering, Field Experts and NetApp Alliance Partners.

Attendance
Insight is for NetApp employees, channel partners, and sponsors only. Guests, spouses and other family members will not be admitted to any Insight meetings or events.

Attire
Business Casual is appropriate for all business meetings and evening functions.

Climate
November is generally a very mild climate in Arizona. Evenings will definitely be cool. Historically temperatures run between 75F and 85F. Rain is generally light if at all. We recommend you bring a sweater or sweatshirt when working in the labs or classrooms. For daily weather updates, please visit: http://www.weather.com.
