	Register now!		Accommodation Information   All hotel arrangements must be made through the Insight registration process. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR ROOM RESERVATIONS.   Your room will be reserved based on the dates you select during the registration process.   Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel 340 North 3rd Street • Phoenix, Arizona 85004 Phone: (602) 262-2500   All Insight 2009 program activities will take place at the program hotel, the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown.   Roommate Pairings NetApp will provide hotel accommodations on a double occupancy basis. Please indicate your roommate preferences in the space provided on the registration form. Every effort will be made to accommodate your roommate choice; however, we cannot guarantee that your selection will be assigned.   Please note that pairings will be based on the following criteria, in order of importance.   •  Same Gender   •  Arrival and Departure Dates - These dates must be identical in order to consider the        roommate request   •  Roommate Requested   •  Same Region and/or Department   Roommate changes will not be permitted on site. Please be advised that NetApp Travel Headquarters will assign you a roommate if you do not provide a preference, if your preferred roommate is unavailable, or if your preference does not meet the above criteria. If you are extending your stay on your own prior to Insight, you will be required to check out of your room when checking in for Insight.   Single Room buy-ups This year, NetApp will be offering the opportunity for attendees to buy-up to a single room based on space availability. These requests must be requested via the program registration website and will be confirmed by Travel Headquarters after registration has closed. If a buy up is confirmed, attendees will be responsible to pay for half of the room rate + taxes at checkout (Full room rate is $139.00 USD plus 15% tax = $159.85 USD per night, therefore attendees choosing the buy-up will be personally responsible for $79.93 per night). Any costs that are associated with a single buy-up room are the responsibility of the attendee and are not reimbursable expenses. No single room buy-up requests will be confirmed until after registration closes and all Insight attendees have been accommodated. A credit card will be requested at the time of registration if you have requested a single room buy-up.			Platinum sponsors
