	Register now!		Accommodation Information All hotel arrangements must be made through the Insight registration process. Please do NOT contact the hotel directly for room reservations. During registration, you will be asked to select your hotel option from those with availability. You will  be asked to enter your credit card details to secure your accommodation booking; you will pay the hotel directly on departure. You will be able to book accommodation for Sunday, November 15 through until Wednesday, November 18 through the registration website. If you require accommodation outside of these dates, please contact the hotel directly once you have completed your registration. Roommate Pairings NetApp will provide hotel accommodations on a twin occupancy basis. You will be asked to indicate your roommate preference on the registration form. Every effort will be made to accommodate your roommate choice; however, we cannot guarantee that your selection will be assigned. Please note that pairings will be based on the following criteria, in order of importance:    •  Roommate Requested    •  Hotel Requested    •  Same Gender    •  Arrival and departure dates    •  Smoking Preference    •  Same Region and/or Department Roommate changes will not be permitted onsite. Please be advised that the NetApp Conference Team will assign you a roommate if you do no provide a preference, if your roommate is unavailable, or if your preference does not meet the above criteria. If you are extending your stay on your own prior to Insight, you will be required to check out of your room prior to checking in for Insight. You will be required to settle your hotel bill upon checking out of the hotel, and will be reimbursed through an expense report. We would recommend discussing with your roommate how the bill will be split prior to departing the hotel. Single Room Buy-ups This year, NetApp will be offering the opportunity for attendees to buy-up to a single room based on space availability. These requests must be made through the program registration website and will be confirmed by the Conference Team. Any costs that are associated with a single room buy-up are the responsibility of the attendee and are not reimbursable expenses.
