Travel Information

Arrival Day
Insight is scheduled to start at 9:00 am on Monday, November 16. We would therefore recommend arriving into Athens on Sunday, November 15.

Departure Day
Wednesday, November 18: Meetings will conclude at 3:00 pm on Wednesday.

Air Transportation
Channel Partners will be responsible for booking their own travel through their company's corporate travel process. We recommend you plan on arriving and departing from Athens International Airport (ATH).

Ground Transportation
A shuttle service will be provided from Athens International Airport (ATH) to all accommodation hotels and the conference hotel on Sunday, November 15 and the morning of Monday, November 16, subject to requirements. Please ensure that you submit your flight details into your conference registration upon confirming your travel arrangements. Return transfers back to the airport will run from the Athenaeum InterContinental only on Wednesday, November 18. Delegates planning to arrive and/or depart on any other day will be required to arrange and pay for their own airport transfers to/from Athens.

A shuttle service will also run between the Athenaeum InterContinental and the Divani Caravel and the Crowne Plaza Athens City Centre hotel throughout the conference. Transportation will also be provided from all hotels to the offsite evening.

NetApp employees SHOULD NOT rent cars for transportation to the Athenaeum InterContinental. Rental cars will not be considered a reimbursable expense. If you are local and will be driving to the event, parking is available at all conference hotels costing between €15.00 and €24.00 per day and will be reimbursed through an expense report.

Visa Information
British and all other EU / EEA / EFTA passport holders travelling to Greece do not require a visa provided that the passport is valid for the intended period of stay in Greece.

British passport holders are allowed to stay in Greece up until the last day of the validity of their passports.

Provided that the stay in Greece is for no more than 90 days, nationals of the following countries do not require a visa to enter or transit through Greece, as long as the passport is valid for at least 3 months from the date of return from Greece:
Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, El Salvador, Honduras, Hong Kong (holders of passports Hong Kong Special Administrative Region), Israel, Japan, Macao (holders of passports Regiao Administrativa Especial de Macau), Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Romania, South Korea, San Marino, Singapore, United States, Uruguay, The Vatican and Venezuela.

Citizens of all countries not mentioned above do need a visa to enter Greece.
